Zuopeng Hu


Graduated from Wuhan Conservatory of Music in 2010 with a major in piano performance, and in 2016 from the High School Affiliated to Wuhan Conservatory of Music with a major in piano performance. In 2020, he graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music in the United States with a bachelor's degree in piano performance. In 2022, he graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Music with a Master's degree in piano performance. Master's degree in Piano Performance, currently studying for a DMA in Piano Performance at the University of North Texas.

Educational experience:
While at the Affiliated High School, he assisted the famous piano educator Professor Xie Meiai in teaching. After entering university, he continued to study with the famous German pianist Professor Veronica Jochum and assisted her in teaching work, and then continued 
his studies with his student Randall Hodkingson. Now he is studying under the famous piano artist Vladimir Viardo, winner of the Van Cliburn Grand Prix Gold Medal. During his many years of study at the Conservatory of Music, he has summed up a unique learning method and put it into practice, which has been highly praised by teachers and students.

January 14, 2013 - January 18, 2013 Graduated with honors from the 2013 International Piano Master Class
In June 2015, he won the second prize in the "Classical Piano Sonata" piano competition of the Wuhan Conservatory of Music.
July 1, 2015 - July 28, 2015, Graduated with honors from the Music Horizon Music Camp of the Eastman School of Music in the United States
Won the first prize in the 2016 Yilan International Music Festival Competition on February 4, 2016

In May 2016, Zuopeng received admission notices from the Manhattan School of Music, Mannes School of Music, New England Conservatory of Music, and San Francisco Conservatory of Music and were awarded high scholarships. Received a graduate admission notice from the University of Tennessee in April 2020. Received DMA admission notice from the University of North Texas in April 2022
