Daijing Ren
Piano Instructor
Daijing Ren is a doctoral candidate in her second year of the Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) program at the University of Georgia. She holds a Master of Music degree from Indiana University’s Jacobs School of Music, where she studied piano under the esteemed Emile Naoumoff and harpsichord with Jonathan Oddie.
An active performer, Daijing has been a pianist and keyboardist with the University of Georgia Wind Ensemble since August 2023, contributing her musicianship to a variety of ensemble performances. In addition to her performance endeavors, she is deeply committed to music education. As a graduate assistant and faculty member at the UGA Community Music School, she leads the Keyboard-Kids program, where she fosters young students’ musical growth and instills a lifelong appreciation for music. Through her diverse experience as both a performer and educator, Daijing continues to develop her artistic and pedagogical expertise while inspiring the next generation of musicians.
