More than three absences, misbehavior leading to class disruption, or a no call, no show will result in immediate withdrawal.

About
Harmony Hall Music School’s Theory and Composition Class offers students the essential tools to understand and create music at a deeper level. This class is perfect for aspiring composers, songwriters, and musicians who want to expand their musical knowledge and develop their creative voice.
What to Expect
Foundational Music Theory: Students will explore the building blocks of music, including scales, chords, intervals, rhythm, and harmony. Understanding these fundamentals is key to both analyzing existing music and creating original compositions.
Creative Composition: With a focus on creativity, students will be guided through the process of composing their own music. From writing melodies and harmonies to crafting lyrics and arranging for different instruments, the class nurtures each student’s unique compositional style.
Performance and Feedback: Students will have the opportunity to present their compositions in class and receive constructive feedback from peers and instructors. This collaborative environment encourages growth and inspires creativity.
